MY APPROACH TO HELPING

 

I'm interested in helping clients gain a better understanding of their relationship with themselves and to others within their lives. I believe that human connection is essential for people as well as living with honesty and balance. Through compassionate humor and straightforward dialogue, I strive to help clients review the thought process involved with their everyday decisions and behaviors. From there, I work with clients to develop harmony between their behaviors, values and feelings and their identified inner needs, goals and sense of self.

A NOTE ON MULTIPLE BRAIN COHERENCE

 

I’m especially interested in what I call Multi-Brain Coherence — helping clients cultivate a more harmonious dialogue between three forms of intelligence: the head, the heart, and the gut. This coherence is developed through a process I refer to as Multi-Brain Inquiry, a reflective way of listening to and integrating each of these voices with care and respect. When each intelligence is honored for its experience and wisdom, people often experience a greater sense of balance and contentment. Most importantly, this process supports a way of living that feels faithful to one’s true, authentic self.
