HOW MBC CAN LOOK IN SESSIONS

If the Multi-Brain Coherence approach feels like a fit, sessions often take the form of a collaborative and reflective process rather than a set of techniques to apply or answers to reach quickly. Many clients find this way of working deeply useful, particularly if they are interested in understanding their inner experience more fully and making changes that feel aligned rather than forced. At times, we may slow things down and explore what the head is thinking, what the heart is feeling, and what the gut is signaling in the moment. I may invite clients to notice where one voice tends to lead, where another goes quiet, and how those internal patterns influence choices, relationships, and experiences of distress.

That said, this way of working is not the right fit for everyone. Some clients prefer a more conventional or structured therapeutic approach, and we can talk openly about what feels most supportive. When the Multi-Brain Coherence approach resonates, our work may include guided reflection, open dialogue, and practical exercises that support more balanced listening across the three intelligences. Over time, many clients find that this process fosters greater internal coherence — a felt sense of clarity and alignment that helps decisions, boundaries, and communication feel more grounded and sustainable.
