Accepted Insurances
 
I generally accept all major insurances. If you choose to use insurance for payments, please call them first to make sure I am an approved provider within your network. If I am not, we may be able to negotiate a self-pay agreement.  Additionally, if you are in any way unsure whether your insurance requires pre-authorization before treatment please call them to confirm and to obtain such pre-authorization if necessary. THIS IS THE CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY.

 PLEASE NOTE: I do not accept insurance for IDRP/DUI Evaluations which are self-pay only.

I'm sorry, I no longer accept Tufts insurance (FYI, they combined in 2021 with Harvard Pilgrim).

I've never had a positive experience seeking reimbursement for services with this insurance company.

I consistently find their ethics deplorable.

If you happen to work for them, my apologies and my condolences.

I'd still be happy to work with you at a self-pay rate,

although that is subject to change if your clinical picture is more devastating, just kidding.
